Letterfly provides in-app reporting and blocking tools for user-generated conversations. Users can report another user or relevant conversation content, and can block another user to restrict further interaction.
Letterfly also uses moderation systems intended to identify abusive, harmful, or unsafe content. Certain new first-contact messages and content associated with reports may be analyzed as part of the safety review process.
When a violation is confirmed, Letterfly may apply restrictions, suspend access, terminate an account, or take other proportionate safety measures based on the nature and history of the violation.
Where an enforcement decision is eligible for appeal, Letterfly may provide an appeal process and human review.

Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account, access, or use Letterfly. Date-of-birth and age-eligibility information are used to help enforce this restriction.

Users must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate age information when requested.

Child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and sexual conduct involving minors are strictly prohibited.

Ad-Free Pass is an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription that removes standard Letterfly advertisements while the subscription is active.
